[Orchestrator] Using UiPath Robot connect to Orchestrator fails

Hi everyone,

When I connect UiPath Robot to Orchestrator show error: “Task was canceled”.

Is it because blocking some port causes me not to connect to it?

You have a problem with the server’s certificates, i would suggest contacting the IT team to solve it.

Or if you have the Robot on a different machine than Orchestrator, import the certificate to the Robot machine.
