Fine
Is the machine name written exactly in orchestrator as per in your machine
And also while creating robot in orchestrator make sure that the domain and username is mentioned correctly
For that in your machine go to cmd window and type as whoami which will give you the domain and username m, mention the same while creating robot

Kindly try this and let know for any queries or clarification
Cheers @Sriram321

@HareeshMR yess i tried that also but not working

@Palaniyappan already done using the current machine name only but not working

Kindly check once with the domain and username
Cheers @Sriram321

Just restarting your machine will do the trick. Please try that.

Can you post the screenshot of the Orchestrator URL you are getting and the one you are providing in the robot agent? Make sure you are using the correct username and password which you use to unlock the machine and ofcourse the username should be the one you get when you run the command, whoami in command prompt. And can you post the screenshot of the robots page too

we have to tag a robot to a environment buddy
–for that create a environment in environment option in ROBOT tab
–then click on MANAGE options and add the robot we have created
–then try connecting the machine from ROBOT TRAY

Cheers @Sriram321
