UiPath insights reinstallation

Hi All,

we are having trouble connecting to UiPath insights from few days and UiPath engineering having trouble finding the cause and resolution.
we are able to authenticate via orchestrator and getting error after successful authentication as per below screenshot.

We are able to connect to Looker insights server and able to login/view all dashboards, users etc, however issue seems to be with .NET hosting or windows server where insights installed.

I just want to check whether re installing on insights windows server with same old looker.json file will erase all of the created dashboards? is there any way we can re installing by retaining existing dashboards/old data?

Did you login Orchestrator on Default or host? if you login Orchestrator on host, login Orchestrator on Default first, and try to login Insights again
