I’m working for a client where there were handful of automations. As part of production support we need to track the queue items that are fully failed after 3 retry attempts. As of now, we are downloading the report from orchestrator and manually extracting the failed queue items with filter criteria.
Is there anyway we can extract the queue items that are failed after specified retry items and showcase them in insights dashboard ? So that we can simply navigate to insights to check how many items are completely failed by that time.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
