I’m having this error on my Orchestrator with HAA.

Firewall is open on port 10000, communication works fine. The orchestrator itself is working, but I keep seeing this error on the Windows Events. I’m worried that his might cause some damage later on.

2023-02-27 16:45:16.4335 UiPath.IdentityServer.Web.Redis.RedisCache`1[[UiPath.IdentityServer.Infrastructure.Data.Entities.Partition, UiPath.IdentityServer.Infrastructure.Abstractions, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]] Can not connect to redis. Will not do update or delete of type: UiPath.IdentityServer.Infrastructure.Data.Entities.Partition to redis cache with key PartitionCacheKeyPrefix_.

Issue resolved. The port was wrong in the appsettings file inside the Identity folder.
