You will have to delete the Organization and create new one. This is the only way to get back on the Community version from Free plan. Remember to take backup of your data as everything will be wiped-out and can’t be restored after deletion
Refer this documentation on how to delete the Org:
There is no option to go back to community plan after enterprise trial please create a new organization in orchestrator for community version and connect your studio again.
Looking at your profile, stating you are an RPA lead at 1Rivet, which is a commerical company, and the screenshot showing that your organization is 1Rivet NAC, you would be breaking the licence terms by using the community version as its NOT for commercial use.
You have to either use the Free plan, which you will downgraded to once the the trial expires, or buy an Enterprise licence.
On the new unified pricing plan thats gonna set you back around $45k as now they are making a platform SKU mandatory, which has a list price of $30k.
You need to consider your options, but deleting the org and creating a new one is not legal.
@ashokkarale fyi, I’d suggest against giving people advice that allows them to illegally work around the licence terms.
Thanks, Jon, for the clarification. We have already moved ahead with the client’s Enterprise license. However, as RPA Lead, I know license terms and Enterprise Trial license usage.
That’s a good point @Jon_Smith I also always advocate about but, we can’t really validate how the user is using the product. That is governed by the licence agreement and whoever breach the agreement knows the consequences.
Here I just try to help anyone stuck with some issues or blockers.
Cheers!
Here’s another one good video by @mukeshkala on this frequent query, I recently saw. It’s very well explained practically. Thank you Mukesh
