Hi Team, I would like to know, how to get the License Code\Support Id to login to UiPath Customer portal(Customer Portal).

Is it same license key that comes with Enterprise edition. Please confirm, if not what are the steps required to be followed to get the license key to login to customer portal. Thank you

Hi

The license code and support ID that you need to log in to the UiPath Customer Portal is different from the license key that comes with the Enterprise edition of UiPath. License key is used to activate your UiPath products where as License code is are used to authenticate you as a valid UiPath customer. This allows you to access the UiPath Customer Portal

In your Automation Cloud account, go to Admin → Organization Settings and copy the Support ID

If you want to get the admin option, you have to sign in with admin account or user with admin privilages,
