UiPath Apps - Public App suddenly disabled

Dear All,

does anyone know why this feature of UiPath Apps - Public app is disabled?

my understanding according to the release note, is that I need App Unit Licenses.
https://docs.uipath.com/apps/automation-cloud/latest/release-notes/june-2023
but I cannot find App Unit SKU in the licensing.uipath.com

pls don’t ask me to create a Ticket. I want to hear who has experience how to solve this matter.

By default, this feature is disabled for all users. However, if you are an administrator with the appropriate App unit license allocation, you can now create public apps. To enable this functionality, please contact the UiPath Sales team for purchasing an app unit license.
