UiPath Activity Creator 3.0

Hello,
Is it possible to obtain the v3.0.0 of the UiPath Activity Creator somewhere?

Given the current version of UiPath used. I’d still need to build activities with the .NET Framework 4.6.1, but I can only see the option for version v4.0.0 of the Activity Creator in Visual Studio’s extension manager.

Any help would be appreciated.

We can get URL of VSIX file for Activity Creator 4.0 in the following page. Then, we can easily estimate URL for 3.0 from it.
