UI element is no longer valid dropdown list

Hello I’m trying to select any value/icon/symbol inside of the attached dropdown, first tried “Select Item” which says control doesn’t support it, then used UI explorer but kept getting the UI element is no longer valid message. It seems that the selector is unable to “see” anything inside of that dropdown list. I tried recorder but got the error message of “UI element couldn’t be found” wherever the selector moves into any part of the dropdown when running the bot after recoding. Some selections must be made after blowing up one of those items within dropdown and may involve multiple levels. Can someone please help? thanks so much in advance.
