Anyone know what does this error means? How to do the drop down item selection?

It probably means you can’t use that Select Item for that UI element, because the UI element isn’t recognized as a true dropdown. Show us the screen you’re automating on.

Please use the click activity.

Click on the drop and next Click the status.

By Changing the selector dynamic by passing the status in aaname of the selector.
