Trying to add UiPath robot to Platform.Uipath.com

Trying to add Uipath robot to the online portal Platform.Uipath.com for scheduling and other operations. Local Uipath robot throws an error "No connection could be made because target machine actively refused it 104.24.96.166:443

Hi Durai,

I think it is because your network has security policies. To prove it, you could change your connection to the public one, then reconnect your robot settings.

Can you please explain which connection you are referring to change to public?

i means the connection that is not have restriction like WiFi in public area or something like that.

is your problem just happened ? or is it works normally before ?

Hi @durai,

have you created the machine and adds the robot in the orchestrator ?
Can you post your robot settings from robot tray icon and also the error message, so we can understand your problem.

I have added the robot and machine in the Platform.Uipath.com and posted the error screenshot with the robot configuration.

i can suggests:

1. Turn-off your firewall or antivirus then reconnect.
2. Please check your network policies, is it open for port 443 to make connection inbound and outbound.

Is there a way we can configure the robot to use the proxy to reach the platform.uipath.com?

I don’t find the file → UiPath.Service.Host.exe.config in the installed folder

Find below under the path C:\Users[Username]\AppData\Local\UiPath. I don’t see the file UiPath.Service.Host.exe

I do see orchestartor as an item in the UiPath Studio available options. Is that something different from the online portal?

If the installer is not in ‘program files’ it should be under Users Local AppData path.

Those are activities to interact with UiPath Orchestrator.

I think i posted the screenshot of Local Appdata path as well. I don’t see as you see it on your system
