When I connect a robot I get an error. Can someone help me?
This seems like a connectivity issue. Are you at work and behind a firewall?
Yes, there is a firewall
At my work, things are locked down pretty tightly. I recommend speaking with someone on your networking & security team to see if they are blocking access to the platform.uipath.com address on port 443. They might need to open up access for you before you’ll be able to connect your robot.
