Trigger the execution of a robot using powershell script

Hello i was able execute the bot by running this command from the cmd prompt Arguments Description. I was wondering if i can do the same using through a powershell script. My approach is to be able to execute the robot through a powershell script that sets up filesystemwatcher, which monitor a particular folder, when a text file is created in said folder it will invoke the script indicated in the text file to execute uipath robot. Please refer to this blog (Upload and run an On Premises PowerShell script from Microsoft Flow | Serge Luca aka "Doctor Flow" (Microsoft Power Platform/Business Applications MVP)). My problem is i can’t seem to figure out the script to execute the robot
