Trigger Failed With Error " Undefined Robots #1678"

Folder Default: #trigger [TriggerName] for #process [ProcessName] could not start. Undefined Robots (#1678)

Root Cause: There could be different reasons for such error - undefined robots(#1678),

  • When trigger runs the Job and it failed unexpectedly due to exception not handled properly and the activity timeout issue causes such alert error message.
  • when Robots in classic folder is connected to Robot machine but no environment is selected for the Robots created such errors. Attached screenshot for example,
