when I do this course and finished and passed the quiz, it should be go next … and get the diploma
but the website or system didn’t record what I did for this course and let me get it.

Click on Exit Course and close this window. After this you have to submit feedback and you will find this in topics menu.
I have try a lot of time to submit it …

when I exit and close webpage after that I open this course again
it just show me that the course stop/stuck 13%…which mean I didn’t finish…
Ok. Then you can raise request in below thread and provide that completed screenshot and they will help you to resolve the issue.

can you ensure that you don’t open another browser tab accessing the same site, and can you also ensure that you complete the items in one go and not take a break in between? i’ve had this before because i took half an hour break and i opened another tab accessing the same site when i did my first knowledge check because i was not sure of the answer and i thought it was a good idea to have another window so i can reference when i do my knowledge check

yes , I finished this course at one time and didn’t open another browser to create other
I have try many different way to check the issue…
Not 100% sure but these seems like broken cookies or cache. Please try to clean those in your web browser and try again.
