You didn’t specify the account.
I think Inbox is the default folder and you don’t have to specify it.
Tried to do that also but showing the error again.
Is the email address really the name of the account as shown in the left pane of Outlook?

As per the screenshot which you shared, the error shows the Folder “Inbox” which you mentioned is not valid. It would be better if you can share the screenshot of the Fodlers of your mail box and the workflow which you have created.
Yes, I have double-checked it.
Are you using 2022.4.1? Is the file path saved in an argument of String type?
And here is the workflow.

Hi I looked at your code and I’m pretty sure you have to put the ‘Get Latest Outlook Mail Messages’ activity inside an “Outlook Scope” activity.

I am having the exact same problem. I tried to follow the steps of this video but the problem persists. It seems like Uipath isn’t getting access to my mail.
