Get Outlook Inbox emails: The specified folder does not exist

Hello Team,

I am trying to get mail from outlook I have used get outlook mail message and i am receiving following error

Get Outlook Inbox emails: The specified folder does not exist

Please assist me on this how to resolve this issue. the outlook has been installed in system and given proper folder name

Kindly check if the folder is selected from the suggestions of UiPath or hard coded the folder directly

If it is hard coded - Make sure that the folder name is not sub folder. If it is sub folder - the syntax is Inbox\SubfolderName

UiPath will give you the suggestion. Better to select from the suggested drop downs instead of typing to avoid any typo error.

Hey @Narendra_c if your machine have outlook installed then it should pick the folder.

can you pass the Account might be bot is not able to access the account.

After giving account name also it is not working

I checked by using log message whether my account connected or not, yes it is connected.

  1. check if programmatic access is enabled in outlook
  2. try to change the mail packages versions and see if it works
  3. Also check if outlook profile is configured in control panel
  4. sometimes folders will be accountname\Inbox …try this format as well

Eg: abc@xyz.com\Inbox
