The specified Computer Vision server could not be reached [523] with Cloud CV Endpoint

A small number of users encounter an error message "The specified Computer Vision server could not be reached 523" when running automation in attended mode using computer vision.

Few users who run the automation in attended mode which uses CV throws an error "The specified Computer Vision server could not be reached 523"

Root cause: The issue is with the internet provider.

Resolution: Running the same automation up on changing the internet provider or connecting to the mobile hotspot resolves the issue.

Contact UiPath Product Support: If issue persists, create UiPath Support Ticket for further troubleshooting.

Ensure to reproduce the issue and provide / attach the below list of details in ticket being created:

  1. Share Robot Execution Logs.
  2. Share the UiPath Diagnostic Tool Logs from the Robot Machine UiPath Diagnostic Tool Logs
  3. Please attempt to browse the endpoint "https://cv.uipath.com/" and verify if it returns "OK". If "OK" is not returned, kindly request your IT department to whitelist the CV endpoint.
  4. Is a Proxy being used? If it is, please verify with the network team if there are any blocks in place.
  5. Check if Firewall or Antivirus is blocking the endpoint.
