"THE SPECIFED FOLDER DOES NOT EXIST"

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with the “Get Outlook Mail Messages” activity in UiPath. The following error keeps appearing:

Get Outlook Mail Messages from Inbox: The specified folder does not exist

Here are the details of my configuration:

  • I’m sure that the folder “RPA-Ejemplo” exists in my Outlook.
  • The account set in the activity is correct.
  • The “OnlyUnreadMessages” option is enabled, and the order is “NewestFirst”.
  • I’m using the UiPath Studio Community edition.

I’ve already verified that the folder exists in Outlook, but I still get the same error. Has anyone faced this issue before and found a solution or any suggestions?

Hie @Ruth_Garcia can you use the Use Desktop Outlook App and inside use for Each email and in email from section check if this can access your folder in the outlook or not if not might be it having some restrictions .

  1. Try specifying the account property explicitly
  2. Alternately set the folder name as rgarcia@...\RPA-Ejemplo
  3. I hope you are referring to outlook installed app and not online outlook as the activity needs outlook to be installed
