Hi

Invoke process - Executes a UiPath process that is available for the local machine. Can be used to run local packages, as well as processes in Orchestrator, if a connection is available

Invoke workflow - Synchronously invokes a specified workflow, optionally passing it a list of input arguments. Arguments can be imported from a specified workflow with this activity by using the Import Arguments button in the body of the activity.

In simple words

  1. Invoke process is used to invoke a whole PROJECT

Where as Invoke workflow is to call or invoke a individual XAML file
