Hey guys!

i struggle with a quite annoying issue for a few days now.
I cant run one specific automation, because Assistant is telling me to configure some Connections first (check screenshots).

i already tried editing the process itself in orchestrator, but nothing worked yet.

all connections are available and connected aswell.

if i try running the automation with the main file from studio, it works perfectly fine and without any exceptions or connection issues at all.
i tried all different setups and settings, yet i couldnt fix it.
i also coundnt find any previous topics with a similar issue.

i hope you guys can help me out.

You need to have 2023.4.+ Assistant (we recommend 2023.10.3 at this moment) and the latest package versions used in your process (especially the UiPath.MicrosoftOffice365.Activities package to 2.4.3).

When a connection is created in a shared folder, all users with access to that folder can use the connection in their automation workflows. Also, the connection can be edited by all users with access to it.

Make sure your robot has access to View connections in his assigned role to the folder where the connection is present.

Hi Marian

Assistant, studio and packages are updated and share same version. I even wiped and reinstalled UiPath completely in case there are corrupted data etc.
Also i double checked all connections what are needed to run the automation. also users/robot ´s permission to access those Orchestrator, Sharepoint, Outlook and OneDrive folders.

Sadly its still missing some configuration/connection. I´ve screened what assistant is showing me.

Maybe i need to check Azure Connection (tenant and application ID). Maybe somethings wrong there.

My assistant is missing the “Configure in browser”-button you mentioned btw.

I created a new project folder/automation and copy-pasted about 80-90% of total activities into new workflow sequence. redid all scopes (Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive) but used same connection like before. also same tenant and app id´s from azure.

deleted the process and its package in orchestrator.

uploaded new project into orchestrator and created a process from it.

afterwards i checked assistant, installed package without any warnings, exceptions and errors.

connection configured itself while assistant installed package.
works like a charm now.
