Hello @ashokkarale Im stuck in this step as well, I dont see the Robot role.

And creating the role as @vrdabberu mentions shows me the role but without the “Mixed” tag:

Could you please help me knowing if something is missing?

Thx in advance

@Neftaly_Rocha_Pascual,

Robot role is prebuilt role comes with Orchestrator so it should be available. Check if any settings are modified at tenant level.

Thanks,
Ashok :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m having the same issue when following the “Explore Automation Development with UiPath Studio” course in UiPath Academy. This is a new account with UiPath so all orchestrator settings are at default values. When I follow the instructions in the Academy video, but when I attempt to assign the Robot (MIXED) role as the video describes, I get the same outcome as Montek1337. The role is not available in the dropdown.

Has there been a change in Orchestrator function since the course was made?
Is there a way to raise a ticket or contact UiPath to get help?

Thanks!

Hi,

Robot role is no longer available in new tenants as the following official document. Can you try to use AllowToBeAutoamtionUser and AutomationUser in place of Robot role?

Regards,

They don’t seem to have the same authority.
