No Option of Robot when i Assign role to user

i created folder then in setting to manage access it is unavailable

Hello Ejaz,

Kindly check below steps this might help you,

1- in manage access tab, there should appear 2 sub tabs, (Assign roles, Roles), click on Role
2- check the list of Roles, there should be role called “Robot”
3- If it doesn’t exist , then click on add a new roles, and call it “Robot” and give it the needed access

Hi,

According to the official document, Robot role is no longer available in new tenants. Can you try to use the following roles instead it?

Orchestrator - Default roles
