Task Capture error when clicking "Start Capture"

Hi. Me and some other people have issues capturing the process.
By clicking “Start Capture” the following error appears: “RecorderBootstraper.exe has stopped working”.
While the error pop-up is there, the PC gets very slow and only after closing the pop-up am I able to access to my PC again.
However, I am not able to capture anything on Task Capture, ever, because of this error.
Can someone help?

Hello @jennifer.brito,

To fix the RecorderBootstrapper.exe has stopped working error, first try running Task Capture as an administrator by right-clicking the application and selecting Run as Administrator. Next, ensure you have the latest version of Task Captur installed by downloading it from UiPath. Check and install required dependencies such as .NET Framework 4.8 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable (both x86 and x64). If the issue persists, clear the cache by deleting files from the folder C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\UiPath\Task Capture. Also, make sure your antivirus isn’t blocking the tool by adding Task Capture to the whitelist and consider disabling GPU acceleration or display scaling. If none of these steps work, perform a clean reinstall by uninstalling Task Capture, deleting leftover folders, and then reinstalling it. Finally, if the problem continues, check the logs located at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\UiPath\Task Capture\Logs and share them with UiPath Support for further assistance.
