Uipath Task Capture does not load

UiPath Task Capture does not load . Please find the error screenshot. Could you please help on this issue?

There is no screen error. But the program don’t open and shows the loading icon since half an hour.

Could you please confirm for using task capture .NET Version 5.0 or greater to be installed in systems?

We are using a .net version greater than 5. Please try to restart the app and let us know if you still encounter similar issues. Thank you!
