Capture Process Will Not Start Due To Pipeline Timeout To Recorderbootstrapper.exe

Resolution when Capture process does not start due to pipeline timeout to recorderbootstrapper.exe .

Issue Description: Task Capture starts as usual and can open and process preciously captured .ssp files. When starting a new capture the main window remains open and the smaller window with the Start Capture button does not appear. Tracing the process in Process Monitor reveals that Task Capture starts recorderbootstrapper.exe and attempts to open a pipeline. This times out. Task Manager recorderbootstrapper is observed to start and run for some time and then close.

Root Cause: Capture process will not start due to pipeline timeout to recorderbootstrapper.exe

Resolution: The 22.4.5 patch will increase the default timeout to 15 seconds and it will also make it configurable through the %appdata%/Task Capture/Settings json file.
