Taking Screenshot while remote desktop is minimised is failing

Hi,
Can anone suggest a workaround for using take screensshot in remote desktop when it is minimised.

It works when the session is maximised but is not working when rdp is minimised.Any suggestions or workaround is highly appreciated

Can someone please reply if they have faced similar situation and is there an fix for it.
