"System.Exception: Cannot get the home directory for user"

Exception “System.Exception: Cannot get the home directory for user” is coming while starting the JOB from Orchestrator. This exception is in the Windows Application Logs of the event viewer . Also the published process is not visible in the Robot though Robot is connected to the Orchestrator . My machine is behind corporate firewall.

Please advise.

This issue resolved on it’s own after some time & my configuration is working fine now. It would be really grateful if someone can point the possible scenario’s that would have led to this issue.

Issue has reappeared .

Issue seems to be associated with User & Role configurations . This has been resolved by configuring user id with robotic role.
