Storage Bucket file access

Hi all,

Hope you are all safe and well, I have a quick query around the use of the storage bucket in the orchestrator

We are using the action center for validation steps of data with end users reviewing an embedded pdf displayed within the action centre item. This is uploaded to a storage bucket just prior to sending the item to action centre.

My question is that we now have another case where we will have to include an additional attachment for staff to use while reviewing the action centre item. This is an xls spreadsheet and I am able to upload it into the storage bucket just fine.

I would however like to either display the xls on the action centre item (which doesnt seem to work) or at least provide a link to the item in the storage bucket to allow the staff to open the file from the action centre, a hyperlink or something.

Can anyone advise if they have any ideas to achieve this?

Thanks in advance
