SMP Mail message stuck for infinite time

Hi
I am using Uipath Studio 2020v and same for the assistant. I am observing this wired error from SMTP mail message activity. SMTP mail message is not throwing an error or not executing the activity its just stuck there forever, I tried to find a solution in this forum but I couldn’t find any.

I tried with Gmail, Outlook and personal email server too, the result is same, After some time SMTP mail is not working, once i clear the cache and restart the VPC its working again, and after a certain time same issue.
Can anyone have a proper solution for this?

Check the Mail package is updated one

Also Check is it blocking by any Firewall / Antivirus

Thanks for your response, I have already checked its the updated one and about firewall, its not blocking any SMTP with SSL . ( note its working after restart, for once or twice, if its blocked by firewall it must be cconsistent )

OK, then check the event viewer and try to get the logs when it is error

Check the background running apps also
