Shared Connection is Not Successful

Hi,
My sequence runs fine when I use the AWS connection I set up in Studio for my personal workspace. I have since recreated this connection in the Shared folder so colleagues and Robots can use it, but using the Shared connection always fails with:

Get Bucket List: An error has occurred. Please check the logs.
Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If I go to Integration Service, and look at the Connections in Shared, the Status shows ‘Connected’.

Any help would be appreciated.

looks like the access to folder is not present

cheers

Hi,
The error occurs when I am running UI Studio and debugging using the shared connection. I am logged in as the Org. Admin. I have given myself all of the roles that exist in the Shared folder:

I have the same issue running this in Web Studio and via Orchestrator, too.

@nikolas.hunt
can you please tell the version you are on this was observed in one of the versions 23.4

also try to change package versions ifc studio version is not the above

cheers

Studio 23.10.0 Community Edition.

Note that I can see the connection that is in the Shared folder (unlike the query you linked to); the problem is that Sequences error when it is used.

Cheers.

I’ve noticed that if I edit the existing Process in the Shared folder, the Package Requirements shows the AWS Connection. The Process only successfully runs if this is kept as ‘Configurable by users’ and the Job is run as my user name (i.e., as a personal automation job).

Even if I click the cog in the above screen and Add a New Connection (saved to the Shared folder), any Job ran over this Process will not succeed.
