Hi - setting up Orch alerts for the first time at my client. Is the SMTP username the name of a specific user email address to route the mails through?

Hi @dgreen - Thats true. The email address is the ID from which email will get triggered.

Thanks Mahesh. I asusme this can be changed after initial setup correct? When a full time role is assigned to orchestrator mgmt./bot coorindation. Thanks!
