Orchestrator Email Alert Google SMTP set up not working (2600)

We’re trying to set up the google smtp server details so we can receive alerts from Orchestrator (2019.10.17) but the set up isn’t working. When sending out the test email we’re receiving the #2600 SMTP General failure error code.

We tried with outlook and office 365 smtp details which would send out an email from Orchestrator successfully but not be received by the email user.

Any advice on the above?

I am also having same issue , if you get any solution could you please help me with same.

I’m facing the same issue with my SMTP server. Looks like this is not yet resolved as I am unable to find any solutions for it.
