ServiceNow - Update additional fields

Hi All,

Can anyone help to give me some idea of how I can update these additional fields in ServiceNow?

I am using ServiceNow activities by the UiPath team and so far I’m able to update the record and download the attachment but I have no idea how to update these additional fields.

I have seen all the videos I can find for ServiceNow but none helps. If anyone can help I would be grateful.
