ServiceNow Application Scope Connection Errors

I am trying to implement a ServiceNow connection in my Studio automation task but when attempting to do so, I get the following error:

I have already created my credential assets in my UIPath Orchestrator and have setup my Client ID and Client Secret information in ServiceNow as well. Can someone help me figure out why I am getting this error?

Note: I don’t have a license for UIPath and am using the Community version.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check the detailed logs which set of credentials has expired according to the error.
  2. If it says Orchestrator-related, then attempt to “Get Asset” from the Orchestrator to verify if your connection to Orch is valid.
  3. If the credentials are for ServiceNow, maybe a reset will fix the issue.
  4. Assuming you have already done these tests, may I suggest that you verify your Studio version and Orchestrator version compatibility.

If these don’t help, can you please share the detailed logs (or just screenshot with ‘Details’ section expanded in the above image).
