Hi All,

I am getting below error in Integration Service while trying to connect to ServiceNow. Any suggestions how to resolve?

A browser message displays an error indicating that the connection failed to create due to unauthorized access and a server error, advising to close the tab and try again, with a "Help" link provided. (Captioned by AI)

If this is on browser, clear browser history, cache memory and retry.

Hi Piyush,

You need to have the Internal Integration User role assigned to you in the service now. so that you can connect to UiPath integration service. Please check if the role is assigned.

First up, you need to make sure the you have setup oauth registration in service now. Kindly refer UiPath service now documentation.

Hi @tilarapiyush , Guessing you are using Oauth2, did you check this reference from our docs?
In case you are using basic authentication, the same permissions would be required from an ACL standpoint, and you will be required to pass the username and password directly in connection creation page.
