Service Award letter Generation using RPA

Use Case Description

Use case Relies on employee who reach an incremental of 5 years of services milestone in their organization.
Basically BOT will be hitting API to get the required employee list ,thereby storing details in a datatable for further processing.
Once Records are retrieved , we use LINQ to further filter increment of 5 Years logic .
Process is designed to run every week once , so if its Jan 10 2022 , Bot will be trying to get records of Jan 10 - 17 of 5 year incremental.
A static MS word Congratulatory template will be maintained by the organization where BOT used Microsoft word activities and replaces required information dynamically.
If any details are missing in API , Bot will be pushing it to action center for Human Intervention.
Once content of Letter is replaced dynamically, its converted into pdf and will be attached and sent to their respective manager for further actions.
