Use Case Description

•The BOTs will be designed to execute in an ‘unattended’ manner in a dedicated machine.
• The process will be split into two parts where one is dispatcher and other is performer
• Dispatcher involves using API to get the list of New Hires from Employee central database. (some specific information such as URL , Employee Name will be stored in Orchestrator queues)
• Each New hire activation items(queue items) will be processed by the BOT using UI interactions (logging into Successfactors website and completing the onboarding process)
•The required Credentials and data will be pushed/stored to Orchestrator web application as Assets.
•The process will be scheduled as per HR Team’s Requirement.(either queuebased or time based)
•After successful completion of New Hire Profile Activation, a new employee ID will be generated to the Profile by the BOT (using API) and the same will be mailed to their respective manager.
•Any mandatory information if not present in Successfactors will be treated as business exception and will be notified to HR Team via mail alerts
•Similarly successful activations in form of Excel report will be sent to HR Team every EOD in protected format via mail.
