How to send Email from Shared Mailbox ?

Issue Description: Unable to see shared mail box email id in the sent email in UAT / prod environment. Instead it shows the personal email id of the user.

Root Cause: This issue can happen if the user developing the automation is different from the user running the automation.

Everything may look as expected in Dev environment but when the same code is pushed to other environments where the Robot users are different, results may not be as expected.

Resolution:

  1. Using StudioX, Use Desktop Outlook app ---> Select the shared mailbox account.
  2. In Send Outlook Mail message---> Select the Robot user email id in Account field (while developing the workflow, this Account field might be the email id of the developer)
  3. Use shared mail box emaild in Sent on behalf of field.
