Selector attributes/terms (technical)

What do the following terms/attributes mean for the attached Selector below and how does the Selector interact with these markers? I see these commonly in Selectors and would like to have an understanding in order to be able to use Selectors more dynamically. Can anybody adivse?

  • wnd
  • cls
  • title
  • ctrl
  • automationid
  • idx
  • name
  • role

How do you find it?
