Select element dropdown menu Citrix

Hello friends,

I need to select an item from a dropdown menu in Citrix but I cannot read the dropdown menu and select an item.
The selector has inside the description "cls= Transparent Window ".
Can you pleas ehelp me?

Hi,
So if you want to click the same element I would say use click image, instead of selector.

Let us know if you can use this to overcome the challenge.

Hi,
Use Click Image,
before pointing the cursor, press f2 and try doing how you will click the element manually till the element loads and then once the hold stops try to indicate that image and this should work,

Please try clicking the ddropdown and use Click Text activity to click the selection.

The red box of the Recordin disappears and doesn’t let me get the image.

It is weird.
But please try not to use the recorder first.
