Scrape text relative to another text

Hi,
I’m having an issue to scrape text relative to another text which is not fixed. It is on Citric. For example let’s say I have a telephone no on the screen and beside that number the total bill amount is mentioned. Telephone numbers are given in Excel sheet and the respective bill amount needs to be entered in the next column. And both fields can’t be selected using mouse click. Any idea how to accomplish the task.
