Citrix Recording "Text scrapping"

Hello everyone

So i’m using citrix recording to scrape text from a desktop application, the problem is that the scrapping returns different text to the one that been scraped,for example if I scrape T00BZ211 it will return TOO82Il,i’m scrapping a field that contains text that changes every time depending on the input.
What should I do to fix this? and if there’s another alternative that I can try rather than citrix recording?
