Save gmail file attachment not working

Hi,

Need help to save file attachment from gmail. Tried used activities save email attachments as but not working. For the info I can list all the subject and the body of email and main issue was not able to download the file attachment.

Could you please specify what do you mean by not working? any error you are getting?

Hi,

there is no error but no attachment downloaded.

I did try to use long steps which are the steps as below:

  1. use download email attachment (Default inside \user…\temp folder) ( but system chnage to other random file name)
  2. Need to rename because downloaded file file automatically change to random file name
  3. Need to rename the random file name to original file name
  4. Move the file to specific location

I’m not sure why “SavemailAttachments activities not working”

Can you please advise.
