This worked before when I sent emails, but now getting an error.
Any advice?

you have to sue for each email activity or get email list activity and then pass the output of it to the save attachments activity

Just put your folder path there where you want to save attachments.

use activities like this

For download attachments you would have need to select that email first then you can download that email.
