Hello everyone !
Below is the issue I’m having:
When I run the process using Orchestrator while connected to the VM, everything works well.
When I run the process with Orchestrator, with the VM closed, SAP’s resolution changes and then the selectors turn red and cannot get the correct selectors anymore.
Would you know the reason why this is happening and if there is a solution to this issue ?
Thanks in advance,
Have a nice day,
Hi @Geoffroy_Pantegnies ,
This problem may be related to the resolution of the machine. I faced such a problem recently, you can adjust the resolution of the machine from the robot settings in Orchestrator.
How do you set the screen resolution for a UiPath robot? - Stack Overflow .

Ömer
Thanks for answering Omer, and I should have precised it but the settings in Orchestrator have already been adjusted.
Also, I’ve seen on your link a UiPath.settings file which I don’t have, may it be the issue ?

Hi @Geoffroy_Pantegnies
Screen resolution might not take effect with that option. Please set it to false manually. May be that’s why its failing
Hope this resolves
hi!
In robot settings I set resolution 1920x1080 and in ProgramData Uipath.settings write this resolution and depth 32
But when run unattended robot resolution is small.
When I run proccess from studio on this server all work correctly.
cheers
Hi Anil,
I’ve made the change but the result is the same.
