Sage - connection with the robot failed

Hello everyone,

I am working on a SAGE project. My issue is that I have to log into the app but when I do it through the robot, i have a pop up saying that the program is not updated and by clicking OK the program will stop and restart to do the update.
However, nothing is happening.

And when I log to Sage manually, it works and I don’t have this message.

I thought that maybe it’s link to the firewall of the machine, so I desactivated it but still the problem remains the same.

Does any have already faced this issue, by any chance ?
