Robot & studio version 2018.4.3 with latest orchestrator version

Hi,

Is it possible that i can connect robot version 2018.4.3 to the latest Orchestrator version?

If not, how do i roll back the version of Orchestrator?

I need to use the 2018.4.3 version of Studio and Robot.

OKay, i am trying to connect robot now and i am getting the “A task is cancelled” pop up.

Well i’m not sure if it is whitelisted. it was working a few weeks ago and i have went back to the older version of studio and robot.

HI,

Okay i see what happened. I was able to connect when off the company network via mobile hotspot. When i connect back to the network, i lose the connection in Robot.

Any ideas?

It must be either due to firewall connection with you company network
or
must be due to any antivirus blocking the network to access the robot
or
due to VPN connection

kindly check once with your IT Admin team
