am getting this error. cant run any job and update pop is also not showing.

Hie @SRASHTI_PATIL kindly check that the robot and the Orchestrator that you are using with the same version. seems like both are running on different version.

1. Check the UiPath Robot Version

  • Ensure that the version of UiPath Robot installed on the machine is compatible with the version of Orchestrator you’re using.
  • To check the robot version:
    • Open UiPath Robot on the machine.
    • In the system tray, right-click the UiPath Robot icon and select About to see the installed version.
  • If the version is outdated, update the robot to the latest version compatible with your Orchestrator.

2. Check the Version in Orchestrator

  • Log in to UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Navigate to Machines in the Orchestrator interface.
  • Ensure that the robot in Orchestrator is set to the same version or a compatible version that the local machine is using.
  • If there is a mismatch, update the machine version in Orchestrator or ensure the machine is running the right version.
